Women of NATE (WON) has selected seven outstanding recipients to receive 2021 WON Education Scholarships. The scholarship was designed to encourage and inspire more women to enter the tower and communications infrastructure construction, service and maintenance industries. Scholarship recipients will each receive $1,000, which will go directly to the college/educational institution to be utilized as tuition assistance.
WON Chairwoman Andy Page Lee of Lee Antenna & Line Service, Inc. stated, “One of the goals of Women of NATE is to help empower women to achieve success. We hope this scholarship opportunity inspires each of the outstanding recipients on their journey.”
“I am honored to be a member of WON, under the leadership of Chairwoman Andy Page Lee, in developing the Education Scholarship,” stated WON Member Cynthia Diaz of GME Supply Co. “I look forward to learning more about the scholarship recipients’ plans to further expand their knowledge and expertise in the field. Congratulations to all recipients!”
Please join WON in congratulating the 2021 scholarship recipients. We wish each of them educational, professional, and personal success. In addition, WON would like to extend their gratitude to the anonymous donor who very generously provided funds to enable additional scholarships to be awarded.
